    Order Placement: Upon receiving your order, our team will review your information and send you an order confirmation.

    Graphic Design Assignment: If your order includes a display with custom graphics, one of our in-house designers will be assigned to your project, and you will receive an introductory email from them.

    Artwork Review: An assigned designer will review and send digital proofs of your provided artwork. You can provide feedback or new artwork files if needed, otherwise you simply approve final artwork via email.

    After receiving your artwork approval, we will begin the production process for your display. Note: Your order can't be canceled or put on hold at this point.

    Once your order is complete, we will send you a tracking email containing detailed tracking information for all components of your order.
